### Facts:

Client is a passenger in a car with 2 other individuals when the car does not stop at a stop sign. Car is stopped by the police and subsequently searched. Police find a stolen Firearm protruding from under the front passenger seat where the client is sitting. Client charged.

Disposition: Not Guilty after Jury Trial.
