Second offenses bring 1 to 2 year suspensions plus mandatory ignition interlock periods. Third offenses bring 2 to 3 year suspensions. Breathalyzer refusal triggers a separate 6-month administrative suspension (first refusal) that can run concurrently or consecutively with the criminal suspension. Hardship licenses may be available for limited driving during the suspension period.
