CHARGES: Domestic Assault

FACTS: Client had an acrimonious relationship with his ex-girlfriend. His ex-girlfriend made a report to the police that while she was walking home my client pulled up next to her in a car. She stated he got out of his car and assaulted her by hitting her in the face three times.

RESULT: Case DISMISSED at trial.
