Charged with  Assault

Facts of the case - Client and CoDefendant are at Old Navy in the Warwick Mall. CoDefendant has an argument with the clerk and is taken by store security to exit the mall. While escorting the CoDefendant and security guard begin to get into an altercation. My client attempts to pull the security guard off of her friend. Client charged with assault.
