# CHARGE: Domestic Assault/Simple Assault

Facts: Client was charged with assaulting his 2 teenage daughters and assaulting the clients ex-wives new boyfriend.

Results: At trial the 2 counts of domestic assault were DISMISSED and the simple assault was amended to Disorderly Conduct. Client received a 1 year filing retroactive to the incident date.
