RI Motorcycle Accident – Three motorcyclists were injured Sunday morning in Norton, Massachusetts, by a Rhode Island driver going the wrong way on I-495.
The three bikers were struck by a Rhode Island woman driving her Toyota who was traveling south in a northbound lane. One motorcyclist, a 38-year-old Brockton man, was admitted to Rhode Island Hospital with life-threatening injuries after being thrown from his bike. Also injured in the crash was a 28-year-old Pawtucket man a 36-year-old man also from Brockton. Their identities have yet to be released
The driver of the Toyota has been identified as 69-year-old Hilda Fzala of East Providence, Rhode Island. She has been charged with driving under the influence among other charges resulting in the serious injury of another.
